From ‎DDPM issues, how to report them to Dell | DELL Technologies

Did you upgrade from DDM (Dell Display Manager) or did you do a fresh install of DDPM?
Monitor firmware version? Open Menu- Others to find this  M2T101
Monitor connection to computer, cables used, all ports in use To dock (WD19) USB to montitor

Peripherals data required =

Did you upgrade from DDM or did you do a fresh install of DDPM?

Dell support just wants to verify warranty.  Can't troubleshoot buggy software

"Get help now" just responds with:
Thank you for the information. Our records indicate that your system warranty has expired.

And refuses to help.  The old app to work the KVM worked fine, Dell replaces it with a broken app and now since my warranty expired doesn't want to do anything to troubleshoot and figure out why its buggy?

DDPM 2.1.1.12
Directly plugging monitor into laptop and skipping the dock, still won't work

No idea where the DDPM logs anything

The auto updater in the app prompted me to update today.  The previous version (2.1.x) also have been causing problems.

Do you remember if the last DDPM 2.0 (2.0.3.9 June 2, 2025) functioned correctly?

All the DDPM versions worked poorer from the previous software.  The 2.0 versions took a long time before it finally recognized a monitor was connected.  (i.e. start up the app and it sees the dock fine but takes awhile to see the monitor)
