Dell 17" Flat Panel display (value) has smudges, can i clean it?
i have a 17" flat panel value display (non-ultrasharp) and noticed that it has several small smudges on it. Is it safe to use Windex on it to clean them off, or is there a safer way?

No windex No paper towel
Use a soft cotten cloth, moisten with a little water if neccesary
