Dell 1704FPT - Downstream USB connectors no longer function.
I have a Dell 1704FPT monitor that is about 3 years old. About 4 months ago the downstream usb connectors stopped working. I found a similar post pertaining to this issue in the Dell forums and followed the steps listed there in an effort to solve the problem. I also tried a new upstream cable. Neither one of these solutions fixed my 'dead' usb connectors. Any additional suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Unplug all cabling from the monitor including the power cord. Press and hold in the power button for 5 seconds. Plug the cables back into the monitor. Any difference?
