Dell Canvas 27, VESA mount

Hi there,

I've been trying to get my hands on a DELL Canvas VESA mount over the last year or so since I bought the Canvas when it was released. I'm getting completely fed up now of trying to get in touch with customer sales and support, emailing, phoning etc. Just to either get no final response, get cut off the phone or not get a phone call back.

Today I thought I would try again, and I got both cut off and told I would get a call back but nothing. 

To add insult to injury, it now looks like when ordering a Dell Canvas, that a VESA mount bracket can also be ordered at the same time. This was not an option when I ordered mine, but I cant order it separately. I'm desperately trying to find a way to get one to a point where I did order one through Dells partnered company to get things from a US site. Just to have it not stuck in transit with no resolution.

Is there anyone I can contact who actually knows how to get one of these? If they can be supplied as an add on accessory when buying the Canvas now, they must surely be available.
