Dell Display Manager - Remove Easy Arrange Hotkey characters

Whenever I press <shift><double ampersand>, one of the standard display layouts for my Dell Monitor S2721QSA is shown. Always the same layout for multiple windows. This is system wide (e.g. even in MS Word, I can no longer enter a double ampersand.

Display Manager shows the 'most recent Hotkey' as --> Shift+Oem7

(Display Manager -> Easy Arrange -> Settings -> Hotkey: Recent)

How can I remove this hotkey definition?

Is it to be removed in Dell Display Manager, from Win11 keyboard definitions, or from somewhere else?
