MY RECENTLY PURCHASED ( FROM AMAZON ) DELL E 1914 H MONITORHAS TWO PROBLEMS . 1) A BLUE THIN VERTICAL LINE SEEN ON SCREEN WHICH DISAPPEARS WHEN A PAGE IS OPENED . 2) MY WINDOWS 7 DOES NOT RECOGNISE IT AND HENCE I CAN NOT INSTALL DRIVERS AND HENCE CAN NOT USE DELL DISPLAY MANAGER .3) RIGHT DISPLAY SETTINGS PLEASE .

Posting in all uppercase is considered shouting. The computer must be sending a resolution no higher than 1366x768. What specific computer model? What specific video card?
