Dell E153FP Monitor
I had to reinstall windows on my Dell desktop PC. Since then, I cannot set the screen resolution any higher than its lowest setting. I have followed all the troubleshooting guidelines from the help menu, and have tried to load the driver from the Dell site & also from the original disk.
Any help that can get my screen to look normal again would be extremely appreciated.

What specific Dell PC model? What operating system?

Dell Dimension 3000 with Windows XP Home Edition as the OS.
