Display tilted to one side, might try this.

Lower the monitor all the way, it'll lock.

Press the unlock button, take the monitor off the stand.

Place monitor face down on soft surface.

On the back of the stand there are four screws.

Loosen the four screws. There may be some play here.

Rotate the two pieces to the side you need to correct the slope.

Tighten the screws up, snug, but don't strip them.

Put the panel back on the stand make sure it clicks in the other lock.

Adjust height.

This may or may not correct your tilted display.

Good Day:)

My first monitor that I got last week, was off by 1/4 inch! Second. just as bad. The third came in on Friday, and is almost straight, but I think that is the best it will get. I did look at those screws....very obvious someone " up" drilling those holes. I was almost tempted to try to slot the hole, but...figured I would go the replacement route. To note, they send a whole new unit, will not just send a replacement stand....which I guess is ok..
