E151 FP graphics driver?

I have had my dell FP monitor for a little more than a year..I installed some software which obviously reset my graphics driver or something because I can never see any "borders" or colored areas when I open Internet Explorer.. Everything is white -.. Furthermore, on some webpages .. one word may take up the enter screen-- fonts are HUGE.. I have reset font size ..etc.... I have my resolution set to 1024 X 768.. I don't think that is the problem.. I have tried phone support with Dell.. that's doesn't work because the people in India and I have a communication problem obviously.. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem without having to do a complete system restore?

If you have a System Restore point just before the installation of the software you believe caused the problem, try rolling back to that date.

You may also need to reinstall your video drivers from the Dell ResourceCD. These drivers are not related to your monitor, but the video card installed within your computer.

You should also consider running an excess software removal tool on your system such as AdAware or SpyBot.
