E173FP flat panel drivers

Hi folks any one has the link or the drivers for this monitor ?
i just did a full system recovery and monitor does not show up any more,(shows default monitor with no name or model) at control panel.

The link is not working.  Can someone please update the link with the correct location of the files?

I tried searching for that file and it created an error.  It's not on the website or something...it's not that Michael's link is bad.
