E1914Hef Touch Driver
Hi,
I recently purchased E1914Hef Monitor with touch capability, I tried to get its driver from Dell's support website but there no mention of the monitor nor its driver.
Could someone help me get the driver. I need it for Windows 10 ARM.

Can you verify the model # and also Private Message me the Serial Number (or even Dell order #)? I am having trouble finding this model internally as well. I can't guarantee the driver support but I would at least like to make sure I am looking in the right spot so that I can try to help. The closest monitor I found was E1914H but that monitor is not a touch screen.

There is a normal monitor with model # E1914H and not supporting touch, this one has model number on box E1914He and on the monitor itself model E1914Hef

Thank you for sending the serial number, I had one of our monitor experts double check on this (in case I was missing something), and unfortunately from the serial number provided the part is pointing to the standard E1914H monitor which is not touchscreen enabled by Dell. He also let me know that even if there is an He/Hef that you're seeing that it will still be just a normal E1914H.
Really sorry on this initial news, do you have a link to where you ordered these from? And just in case, do the monitors look like the E1914H (linked here).
