E228WFPc not recognized after Windows 10 upgrade
After upgrading to Windows 10 the external display is not recognized. I have updated graphics display adapter driver, rolled it back, updated again. No luck. Bios update, everything else I could think of, no luck. I have a Lenovo Thinkpad T450, barely 3 months old. The display is connected via a ThinkPad Basic USB 3.0 Dock. Graphics are Intel HD Graphics 5500. Any help?

This 9 year old monitor was only validated in Windows NT/XP. The fact that the monitor was working before you installed 10 means that on a hardware level, the monitor is fine. Verify this by running the monitor Self-Test Feature Check, page 33. Also, test the monitor directly to the laptop. If it works, the culprit is the dock and Windows 10.
