I have a Dell E248WFP Monitor that has an an update to the Monitor driver dated 3-11-2013. I successfully downloaded the file. The problem is that when I try to execute the self extracting exe file, I get an error "Invalid self-extractor configuration. This file might be corrupted." Well, I downloaded the file on three different computers, all have the same error.  Could you please fix this or make available a repaired file available on the FTP site. Maybe you can extract the files and make a traditional zip file available here in this thread.
