Entering power save mode problem, please help me out

Hi,

Please help me out, I've read the blogs about this issue, but none of them helped me with my problem unfortunately. When I try to turn on my Dell monitor on a Windows PC, first I see the pc making the connection with HMDI (in the left corner the icon appears), and then: 'Entering Power Safe' and it shuts down. A lot of the suggestions say to clean my videocard o.d, but I've had this issue with my old pc and tried that, and now again with my new one (videocard is not dusty yet), so that can not be the problem?

Do you have another solution? I've tried many things. The screens works perfectly fine when I connect it with my laptop, so that's not the issue..
