FP2407WFPb - Stand problems
Hi,
I've searched the forums and google and not found any answers to these, hope someone can help.
I've bought 2 x FP2407WFPb monitors and both have a problem.
- One monitor will not stay at the TOP of its stand, it keeps sliding down. It *will* lock in a very low position, but from what I can see these stands rely on the inner spring to keep them 'pushed up'. Can these be locked up?
Or is there a way to disassemble the stand, or indeed a good method to tie the monitor to its uppermost position?
- The other monitor is rotated by 1 or 2 degrees to the right. I've had to place something under the right foot of the stand to level it up :(
Issue 1 is more of a concern of course.
Hope someone can suggest some fixes, many thanks.

1. The only fix is to get another stand which Dell does not provide. Mine did the same thing. I used a plastic zip tie to keep my 2407WFP at the top.
2. How are you measuring 1 to 2 degrees? You should be able to rock it back to center.
