FP2407WFPb - Stand problems

Question

Hi,  I've searched the forums and google and not found any answers to these, hope someone can help.I've bought 2 x FP2407WFPb monitors and both have a problem. One monitor will not stay at the TOP of its stand, it keeps sliding down. It *will* lock in a very low position, but from what I can see these stands rely on the inner spring to keep them 'pushed up'. Can these be locked up?Or is there a way to disassemble the stand, or indeed a good method to tie the monitor to its uppermost position?  The other monitor is rotated by 1 or 2 degrees to the right. I've had to place something under the right foot of the stand to level it up :( Issue 1 is more of a concern of course. Hope someone can suggest some fixes, many thanks. aeioux

1. The only fix is to get another stand which Dell does not provide. Mine did the same thing. I used a plastic zip tie to keep my 2407WFP at the top.
2. How are you measuring 1 to 2 degrees? You should be able to rock it back to center.
