G2722HS, stand won't lock
I got a new Dell 27" G2722HS monitor but I'm having trouble with assembling the stand and monitor. I'm pushing stand inside the place but it won't lock. I tried spraying a little w-40 (because I'm afraid it can get inside the motherboard, so I didn't spray with the angle directly into place) still won't lock.
I talk with the live chat they told me I need to contact Dell Turkey and they change the accessories but I think there is no problem with the stand. And I saw some articles on the community that consequently change their stand but have the same issue.
What should I do?

To receive assistance from Dell Chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the DELL-Cares username. On the right, click, "Send this user a private message". Share the private Service Tag with them.
The pictures below were in the online G2722HS User's Guide.
* Turn the G2722HS off
* Disconnect all cables from the G2722HS
* Spread a towel on the desk
* Lay the monitor "panel side down" on the towel so you can see the back/rear of the monitor

This is the first time assembling the monitor. I haven't connected any cable yet. I tried all that steps, talk with Dell chat support, and shared a video with them. It stil don't locked.
