G3223D, selected display is not validated as G-Sync compatible

Hi,

I am just setting up this G3223D now and have connected it to my 3080 FE using the DisplayPort in the box. But when I go into Nvidia Control Panel and go to the 'Set up G-Sync' option under 3. Display Specific Settings it says that the "selected display is not validated as G-Sync compatible". I have enabled the G3223D Menu- Game- AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and am running driver version 522.25.

Under 3D settings in Nvidia Control Panel I can go to Manage 3D settings and under that it lists my monitor technology as G-Sync Compatible.

So, is this a glitch somewhere or have I not got this set up correctly?
