G3223Q, YouTube lags
Dear Community,
I hope you are well. I have an issue with my Dell G3223Q while watching YouTube. The video seems to lag - as if it is stuck at 30FPS or less. I have no issue with other apps and/or websites such as Netflix.
The G3223Q is connected to the laptop via HDMI cable that came with the G3223Q.
My system:
ACER Nitro 5 (Nitro AN517-52)
i7 10th Generation
Nvidia GeForce 1660 Ti
Thanks for any help
Alberto

We have not yet received the private Service Tag. Click DELL-Cares. On the right, click, "Send this user a private message". Share the private G3223Q Service Tag with them.
Open the online G3223Q User's Guide for reference.
* Open the G3223Q Menu
* Go to Others
* Open Display Info
* Post a picture of it or tell us everything it states

So the G3223Q is correctly set to 3840x2160 60Hz. That and the fact that other sites like Netflix work means the fault is some setting inside YouTube.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the reply.
Actually, I do not use Netflix via browser but through the app and it works fine, do drop in the framerate. I will check, however, if anything happens by watching Netflix via browser and keep you posted.
Thank you,
Alberto

I had the same issue with youtube. Maybe this might help, it works for me - in nvidia control panel, set your monitor refresh rate to 144hz.
