coloneljack,

If holding the menu button in for over 15 seconds does not unlock the monitor you will need to email support@dell.com and have the monitor replaced.

coloneljack,

If you have another system try plugging it into that and see if you can then unlock the monitor.

coloneljack,

Well, you may want to contact support in your area to see if the monitor has a warranty. What happens when you try to unlock the monitor?

'OSD Lock' controls user access to adjustments. When 'Yes' (+) is selected, no user adjustments are allowed. All buttons are locked except the menu button.

Note: When the OSD is locked, pressing the menu button will take the user directly to the OSD settings menu, with 'OSD Lock' preselected on entry. Select No(-) to unlock and allow user access to all applicable settings.

Note: You can also lock or unlock the OSD by pushing the Menu button for over 15 seconds.

coloneljack,

Next step would be to contact tech support and see if it they can determine if it still has a warranty with it and get it replaced.
