Monitor image goes in and out

The picture on my 17 lcd, which is only 60 days old, fades in and out. It's fine for a few minutes than fades so that you can barely see it. I have a video card that will run two monitors. I checked it by switching the monitors around. It's not the card. Any help on what it could be. Where do you take it to get it fix. Purchased it from a resaler that dosen't repair. Help, Thanks
