Monitor model and size from serial number? #4
Hi,
I have a Dell monitor with s/n: S/N: CN-0FVHSK-72872-0CE-00LL.
Could you please let me know which model it is? It was made in 2010.

I removed the back stand and under it had the model number. Thank you for helping me.

If I turn it on without connecting it to a pc, does the screen turn on?

A message will appear, perhaps stating the model and the fact that no input is selected. Give it a shot.

Then all you can do is power it on and enter the Menu. It should tell you the monitor model.

FVHSK does not appear in our parts database. If I change the S to number 5, it shows as the E2311H monitor.

I have tried turning it on but only the power button lights up. I needed the model number to see the user manuel.

Does the monitor work when connected to a PC?
- If yes, do so and press the Menu button. See if that Menu shows the model.
- If no, I am out of ideas.
