Monitor picture at 90 degrees

Question

The screen picture on the monitor has turned through 90 degrees. I've tried monitor controls but they will only turn screen picture by a few degrees. This happened after a child had been on the computer, could she have used keystrokes to change the orientation? How can i fix this?

HICKO,   Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.   Try pressing ALT +UP arrow to see if that will work.

tried it..initial startup screen is right way up then login page still at 90 degrees!!
