I have the same problem. The power button and the exit buttton have not been responding since I purchased it. I didn't bother with it until recently I have to change the setting on the monitor, I can't exit on the menu.
My monitor is a STD2320L, purhcased directly from Dell along with the desktop system, and it's still under warranty.
