new 240x soon?

Hi... I'm very interested in Dell 2407, but it has been on the market for while now, so will there be a new version soon? I have heard a lot issues such as no support for 1080p with component, and no hdmi (which is not really a issue) Best regards

I do not think that the component port supports 1080p. The bandwidth might not be enough and there is could be quality image issue. Rumors say that the newly released 2407WFP-HC model supports 1080i through component (the previous model was not able to do).

Thanks for reply... The HC model is not available in Denmark where I live but I guess I have to wait... Do you know whether the HC will be available worldwide?

You may want to call Dell and ask about this feature  in your market. You can always buy another vendors monitor.  You could buy the 2707 or the 3007.
