P2014H, Locked
I have a P2014H that is locked and does not allow me to use the menu buttons on the side. How can I unlock it?

Hi Chris,
I tried that but still not working. padlock goes away for few seconds and then comes back. I am still unable to use the side menu, any other idea?

Was this a new or used purchase? Was it this way out of the box? Are you saying that only the bottom power button functions?
Buttons from top =
Preset Modes
Brightness/Contrast
Menu
Exit
Power
Disconnect the power cord from the bottom of the monitor. Press and hold in the monitor power button for 10 seconds. Reconnect the power cord. Turn the monitor on. Press the Menu button, what happens?
