P2210, USB port not working
My laptop is Latitude 5590 and connected to Dell monitor P2210.
All working fine except the USB ports on the monitor is not working. I tried all kinds of solution by uninstall USB driver etc. but still no luck.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You have to buy one locally.
USB 2.0 USB A to USB B cable

Per the online P2210 User's Guide, is the P2210 USB upstream cable connected to the P2210 USB upstream port and then to a USB port on the Latitude 5590?
