P2222H, how high at it's lowest setting?

My current monitor is too old and outdated to remain in use much longer as it dates back to early 2012. My current PC has an HDMI port for monitor connection, but the monitor I am using doesn't have an HDMI port. Thankfully both the PC and the monitor have an DVI port which is how it is connected right now.

I would like to replace my current monitor with a new one sometime in the next few months and have been comparison shopping. One monitor I have begun to look at is Dell's P222H. I am considering it because it is height adjustable. I am limited on vertical space, which is why I am looking at a height adjustable monitor. My PC desk has a hutch and the gap between the desktop itself and the bottom of the hutch is about 18".

I would prefer it if the top edge of the monitor was no higher than 17" about the desk. Can the P2222H be set to a height that is within that limit?
