P2415Q, A03 or not?
I am trying to buy P2415Q from the Dell Reseller Turkey. They are trying to find out if it is version A03. Where can we check manually on the product if it is A03 version or not? GCKRC, is it on the serial number?

Built on March 10, 2020. Shipped from Dell on May 11, 2020. I have never heard of an A15 but based on the build date, it is possible.

GCKRC is just the Dell part number. On the monitor itself, have them look for the full 20 digit serial number. At the end of it, look for A0x.

Hi Chris,
Dell Istanbul sent me the serial number. Does this mean I have the Version A15. Is there such a thing?. Because what I’ve read on the Internet, the highest version is the A03. Can you tell me the version from the SN? Is it A03 or newer?
