P2417H - no input from vga or hdmi
This monitor was working for a few days, but then stopped. We were originally using a vga cable connected to a WD15 dell dock. We then tried an hdmi cable, and same result, no input. We then connected the monitor directly into the laptop, Dell latitude 7480 and same result, no input.
No Events found!

Try this...
* Turn the P2417H off
* Disconnect EVERY cable from the P2417H (including power cable)
* Press and hold in the P2417H power button for 10 seconds
* Connect only the power cable to the P2417H
* Turn the P2417H on. What appears on screen? You should see a "No Cable" message
* Turn the P2417H off
* Disconnect the HDMI cable from the 7480
* Restart the 7480 with lid open
* Connect the HDMI cable to the 7480 HDMI out port and then into the P2417H HDMI in port
* Turn the P2417H on
* Press the P2417H Menu button
* Go to Input Source
* Choose HDMI
* Exit the Menu
* Go to the 7480 Display Settings and extend the windows desktop to the P2417H
