We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the private P2418HT Service Tag numbers to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please reply to the private message whenever you are available.
In reading the statements on page 9 and page 52 in the online P2418HT User's Guide =
Connect the USB cable that comes with your monitor to the computer. Once this cable is connected, you can use the USB downstream connectors on the monitor and the touch screen function on the monitor.
Use the Dell provided USB cable to connect your computer.
It sounds like both P2418HT would need their USB 3.0 upstream cables connected to the PC. Do you have both P2418HT USB 3.0 upstream cables connected to the PC?
Hi - was there any update to this? I have two of these monitors, and I find that monitor#1 works perfectly fine with touch - though when I try to touch monitor #2, the "mouse" is on monitor #1. I swipe up to scroll on monitor #2, and the window on monitor #1 scrolls.

After talking with Dell support, their is no current native solution. Best bet is to do a IR touchscreen overlay.

I had this same problem and spent ages trying to resolve it, putting this here in case it helps anybody else. You need to:
The touches then work on the correct screen rather than the one set as the main display.
