P2418HZ, vertical blue line
I just bought a P2418HZ monitor. From the first time I turned it on, it had a thin blue line running vertically down the screen from top to bottom. I'm presuming there is something wrong with an internal monitor component. Before I return the product to the retailer might there be any easy fix to this problem you can think of?

First, run the standalone Built-In Diagnostics (page 65). Do you see the blue line in the colored BID screens?

Yes, it's there in all the color tests.
