P2419H, sleep issue
Hello!
We bought 10 Dell P2419H and have found on everyone that we have the same sleep problem.
After PC's waking up, the P2419H don't see the HDMI connection. Sometimes just turning on/off helps, some time need to pull out HDMI cable to wake monitor back. And you have 2 different monitors, let's say DELL P2419H and DELL P2414H, then P2414H work fine but P2419H not.

* From whom and when were these P2419H purchased?
* What specific PC models are you attaching the 10 P2419H?
* What operating system?
* What specific video card/GPU?
* The PC operating system + video card driver starts the HDMI to HDMI handshake to the monitors, not the other way around. The passive monitors simply wait for the handshake from the PC operating system

First of all sorry, it's not P2417H but P2419H.
* From whom and when were these P2419H purchased?
From our local reseller
* What specific PC models are you attaching the 10 P2419H?
Different mostly just normal office PC with Gigabyte MB.
* What operating system?
Windows 10
* What specific video card/GPU?
Intel HD Graphic
* The PC operating system + video card driver starts the HDMI to HDMI handshake to the monitor, not the other way around. The passive monitor simply waits for the handshake from the PC

Take the PC sleep/hibernate/wake out of the troubleshooting.
Do the P2419H always work when you =
* Click Start- Power icon- Restart- OK
* Click Start- Power icon- Shutdown- OK. Then power the PC on

When I plug out HDMI or just press any button on P2418H he begins to work.

How do you restart and shutdown Windows 10?
Does the P2419H always work when you =
* Click Start- Power icon- Restart- OK = Restart the Laptop using the operating system
* Click Start- Power icon- Shutdown- OK. Then power the PC on = Turn the Laptop off using the operating system. Then turn it back on

Does the P2419H always work when you = press any button on monitor, or plug out/in HDMI cable

Without disconnecting any P2419H cable or pressing any P2419H buttons, does the P2419H always work when you;
* Restart the Laptop using the operating system
* Turn the Laptop off using the operating system. Then turn the Laptop back on
