P2421D, DDM not recognize as supported

I use my HP laptop connecting the DELL monitor, but error occur when starting DDM.

Intel UHD Graphics 620, Nvidia GeForce MX150 and P2421D drivers are all updated.

Windows 10 is the operating environment.
