P2422HE, screen flashes black and white
Dell P2422HE
Hi all,
I was given a Dell P2422HE that flashes white and black when it is turned on. The flashing doesn’t subside and there is no option to bring up a menu to diagnose. Any ideas if this can be fixed or what the issue is?

To receive assistance from Dell support agents, click the "Get help now" icon on the right. Share with them the private monitor Service Tag, 20 digit serial number, and all of your troubleshooting.
