P2715Q unrecognized DP/miniDP

Hello,

I Have problem with my new P2715Q 4K screen.

The screen wont recognized any DP,

I changed my Graphics car for new one GTX 980 that support 4K 60Hertz resolution.

I changed to new DP Cables and I download and installed the newest driver.

The screen just work with HDMI in resolution of 4K 30 Hertz AND NOT IN 60 hertz.

What should I do?

I read about this problem in your forum and in other tech forum,

everybody say that I need to exchange my screen for new one from the manufacture.

If your computer video card supports DP 1.2/MST, the monitor can display the resolution of 3840x2160@60hz.
* Open the monitor OSD (On Screen Display) -Display
What is MST set to?

Chris,

I tried it already to check the MST and it in Off mode.

The DP and the MiniDP doesn't recognize by the computer and the monitor.

The Screen is fault and not the setting or the configuration.

If you have any other Tips that can solve the problem please share.

Still using DP from the video card to the monitor, test MST set to Primary 4k2k 3840x2160 30Hz. If you get a picture, this means that the video card or its driver is not allowing the 60Hz.

I not using DP, I am using HDMI cause the DP don't recognize.

Just the HDMI is recognize in the screen.

The GTX 980 graphic card is support 5K screens and more the 4 screen together.

The driver is the latest one from the Nvidia web.

I will try lower resolution with the DP, maybe it will work and recognize the connection.
