P2719HC, USB Type-C, background noise, #2
I am experiencing the same issue. And of course you can hear it from more than 1m away. Same monitor plugged into Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series using USB Type-C cable came in the box. And the buzzing sound is super annoying. Tried with my XPS 15, connected to P2719HC monitor, same buzzing noise appears.

Started your own thread. Merged the second reply into first.
* For my Dell notes, click my name and private message me the monitor service tag number and 20 digit alphanumeric serial number
* Post a video recorded 1 meter from the face of the panel allowing us to hear the noise. Based on that video, I will tell if this P2719HC meets our manufacturer specifications for ambient noise
