Dell Technical Support can only assist you if you connect the P2720DC to a supported Windows OS PC.
The P2720DC is not on the Dell Monitors approved list for Apple OS.
The P2720DC Drivers & Downloads page, Operating system does not mention Apple OS.
You will need to post the issue on the Apple Forum to get assistance from other Apple users.
