I've followed this video instructions and problem went away. Using MBP 14" M1PRO and P2723QE.

Changing USB-C mode to prioritize resolution and disabling DDC/CI seemed to did the trick.

* Enter the P2723QE Menu OSD
* Go to Display
* Change USB-C Prioritization to High Resolution
* Go to Others
* Change DDC/CI to Off

* None of the P series monitors have macOS support from Dell. Read the Pinned posts, "Dell monitor, Apple FAQ"
* Are you stating that you have three external Dell monitors connecting at the same time to this MacBook Pro 16 M1 Max? If yes, how? Using which ports and cable on all devices?
* List all three Dell monitor models

Allways used Dell monitors with my macs for 15+ years and never had any issues so I was not anticipating any issues. It seems intermittent, its not doing it right now as I type this.

I have 2 x U2415 (one connected by HDMI the other HDMI + DisplayLink Adapter)

and this new one.

After a few hours of it working, the flicker is back.

Surely someone at Dell must have an idea what is causing it?
