P2724DEB Daisy Chain Question

I have a P2724DEB Video Conferencing Monitor as my primary monitor in a 3 monitor setup.  It is connected to my computer via usb-c.  I have a P2723DE daisy chained as a second monitor via the displayport output.  The third monitor, an older offbrand ATYME television is connected directly to the PC via hdmi to displayport.  When I restart the computer and all are attached only the third monitor connected via displayport turns on.  I have to disconnect this monitor and let the P2724DEB power on and then connect the third monitor for all three to work.

Is there any workaround to this?  I tried daisy chaining the third monitor to the displayport output on the P2723DE, but it did not find a signal.
