P2815Q, firmware version, upgrade?
How do I check the firmware version on my monitors and how do I upgrade it?

How do I check the firmware version on my monitors and how do I upgrade it?

Look for a label on the monitor for the 20 digit serial number, then revision number. Example =
CN-0WJJGR-72872-48Q-AJ6M, A02
Unfortunately, We do not have any mechanism in place to allow customers to update the firmware on this specific P2815Q. Notice that there are no firmware updates listed there. The firmware update is only done in our service centers on New and returned monitors. The only way to get a monitor with the updated firmware is via a used monitor exchange. But, an exchange is only setup if there is a monitor hardware failure.
