P3222QE, WD19, input/mouse lag
Hi,
Can anyone confirm input/mouse lag using this P3222QE? I have two laptops (Lenovo and Dell XPS) connected to this P3222QE and mouse movement on each of them is heaven compared to this.

The problem was solved with purchasing a Thunderbolt WD19 upgrade module, now both laptops run 4k@60Hz.

Our users will need more data to adequately assist you in troubleshooting =
* To which P3222QE video in port (HDMI/DP/USB Type-C) is each Laptop connecting?
* Have you tested a USB mouse on all four of the P3222QE USB-A USB 3.2 Gen1 ports?

The inputs are connected to WD19 Dell docking station, from there the output is going through HDMI to the screen.

The problem was Dell WD19 docking station, the video output is limited to 4k@30Hz. Connecting the screen directly to the laptop removed the issue.

Hi,
I am glad to hear that the issue has been resolved. Let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with and I'll be happy to do so. If not, I shall proceed to close the case as resolved.

Just purchased the U3223QE and the lag mouse is noticeable. Is this post suggesting I need to spend extra money for an add on to get to 60Hz? If so, I will return. Please advise

Probably not, maybe it's just a cable issue, which type of cable are you using? Do you use a docking station?

Hi! I have a mouse lag
Setup: monitor Dell U2723QE, Laptop Dell XPS 15 9570, Mouse MS5320Wc
The laptop connected to monitor with provided type-C cable.
The lag is not observed with second laptop, connected to monitor via HDMI + Type-c/USB cable
