P3421W, Amazon purchased, refurbished?
Dell P3421W
I bought P3421W on Amazon. It was sold as new one, but I suspect that it's a refurbished monitor. The factory seal on the box was broken. When I added the P3421W to my account, it showed up as being sold a year ago.
How can I find out the history of this P3421W? Is it refurbished, is it used one?
Note: this is my second attempt to buy monitor at Amazon, but different seller. The first one was advertised as new one, but it was clearly refurbished one, there was a label on the box. For this second attempt, the factory seal was broken, but there is no explicit "refurbished" label.

The Amazon listing as "New" was false. This P3421W originally shipped from Dell on February 15, 2022 to a company in the USA. How it got from them to Amazon we cannot track. Nor can Dell control how they are advertised on Amazon. My advice, return it to the Amazon seller. Then buy a 100% New P3421W directly from the Dell sales site.
