P3421W, MacBook, DDPM not working
Dell P3421W
Hello,
I was advised by different sales agents to get the P3421W as it was fully compatible with Mac and was told DDPM was also working.
I have updated the monitor to the latest version but DDPM is still not working.
Can you please advise?
I managed to install it but I don't have access to it except in the notification settings.

* Apologies, but they were incorrect on all counts. You should return it. The Pinned post, "FAQ Dell monitor and Apple" shows the macOS compatible monitors. The DDPM article also shows that the P3421W is not compatible.
* The P3421W drivers page also does not show a macOS DDPM. It only shows a firmware that can be installed in the macOS.

Do you know if a update will be done soon? As DDPM can be install but does not open? If anyone else has an alternative app for it please.

No, macOS DDPM will not be updated to correct issues with non-supported monitors. You should pose the question about alternative app on the Apple Forum.
