P3426WEB, text display appears broken

Hello,

I have got this P3426WEB monitor. Functioning wise all good over USB-C or hdmi etc. All Software & Firmware versions are up to date.

Now the issue is - the pages when on laptop appear crystal clear and crisp. the moment any page - web or app - is moved to this screen, the text apears like built with broken pieces. gaps (or greyish gaps) appear every where doesnt matter which part of the screen u move.  So viewing is clearly an issue on this screen,.

DDPM, resolutions all tried out. How can i fix and resolve. these look awkwards irrespetive of any resolutions.

Thanks

RB

How does text look when in the built-in diagnostic? (See page 80)

Is the P3426WEB set to maximum 3440 x 1440 100 Hz? Did you also test 60 Hz?

Did you enter the Menu OSD--> Others and run Factory Reset?

For test purpose, the Menu--> Display--> Sharpness should be set to 50.
