That is the correct Dell part number;
1XRN1 = 65W Delta AC power adapter for the S2718H/S2718HX, 7.4mm tip

These three Dell part numbers do not show the S2718H/S2718HX?
6TM1C = 65W Liteon AC power adapter for multiple computers, 7.4mm tip
928G4 = 65W Liteon AC power adapter for multiple computers, 7.4mm tip
