Problem Using Dell SX2210T TouchScreen with Latitude E-6400 ATG on Windows XP
We just got a Dell SX2210T TouchScreen and want to use it with a Latitude E-6400 ATG (which has touchscreen capabilities). The touchscreen software did not come with the actual monitor, but finally located the software on the Dell site.
But, this software does not seem to work in this configuration. The touchscreen functionality seem to work, but when I touch the SX2210, it actually moves the mouse position on the E6400, even if the mouse is originally on the SX2210.
Has anyone else ran into this or have any idea on how to address this issue? Thanks.

You cannot use a dual touchscreen setup. You must disable the E6400 ATG Touchscreen software.

Hi Chris,
This is really unfortunate. Is this documented anywhere (like on the product page)? It would have been really good to know this before purchasing two of these. Also, is this the case even in Windows 7?
Thanks,
Alan

No documentation. It never occurred to us that users would try it. Yes, it applies to Windows 7.
