Problem with USB hub and Card Reader on 2405FPW

I just purchased a 2405FPW and love the monitor.  Works wonderfully with one exception - the USB hub.  Attaching the cable works fine, and Windows XP recognizes the hub and the card reader drives just fine - and they all work when cards and such are inserted into them.  However, when I shut down or reboot, Windows will not reload - it just sticks at the logo portion of the loadup and goes nowhere.  If I reset from that lockup, Windows gives me the choice to boot to safe mode, and if I choose to just load as normal from there, then Windows loads up fine and once again the monitor and all of the drives show up perfectly.  With the USB cable unhooked, the system boots up without issue.

So, from the looks of it, the USB hub and/or card readers are causing some conflict when Windows first tries to load up, but I have no idea why.  I've had other hubs hooked up before without issue, and the hub and reader seems to work fine once Windows successfully loads up, but for some reason Windows loses it at boot up.

Any ideas?  I'm running XP with all updates loaded and, like I said, the hub and reader are actually functioning properly once Windows does load.

I just got my 2405 and I love it. However, I am having the exact same problem you are. Once I disconnected the USB cable from the monitor, boot up occurs without any hang up. Does anyone have a solution to this? Not a big deal since I use my printers card reader mostly, but would be nice to know why this is occuring.

Awesome monitor other then this minor problem.
