S2409WFP, blacks out after 2 seconds
My S2409WFP blacks out after 2 seconds and has been tried on 3 different white boxes and a new Dell OptiPlex 3050, all with the same result. I have tried two each HDMI and VGA cables, all with the same result. It's a nice monitor but if it stays black, not very useful. Any suggestions?

How long were you using this 9 year old monitor before this issue arose? Open the S2409WFP User's Guide page 29. Does the S2409WFP run its standalone BID (Built-in Diagnostics ) successfully?

My apologies, just saw this post. I had run the monitor for about 9 years up to the blackouts. Was not aware of the BID. Scraped the monitor unfortunately. Thanks for taking the time to reply Chris.
