S2415H, stuck in power saving mode

I have the same problem with a S2415H monitor which I purchased only 1 week ago. It always went through the power saving mode before it came on. Now it is stuck in that mode. I have tried the sequence here twice but when I turn it on it immediately goes into power saving mode. Any suggestions please?

Run the Self-Test
* Turn the S2415H and computer off
* Disconnect the power cable, audio cable, and the VGA or HDMI cables from the S2415H
* Wait one minute
* Plug only the power cable to the S2415H
* Turn the S2415H on. You should see one of these =

Run the Built-in Diagnostics
* Turn the S2415H off
* Press and hold Button 1 and Button 4 on the front panel simultaneously for two seconds
* A gray screen appears
* Press Button 4 on the front panel again
* A red screen appears
* Press Button 4 on the front panel again
* A green screen appears
* Press Button 4 on the front panel again
* A blue screen appears
* Press Button 4 on the front panel again
* A black screen appears
* Press Button 4 on the front panel again
* A white screen appears
* Press Button 4 on the front panel again
* A text screen appears

If these test pass, the monitor is functioning. The issue is the computer or video card.

* Turn the S2415H off
* Connect one cable from the computer to the S2415H (either VGA or HDMI, but not both)
* Turn the computer on, then the S2415H

Thank you.  I had run this test previously but it did not run correctly - perhaps I did not leave the power off long enough.  This time, the no HDMI box appeared with a warning that the monitor would go into power saving mode in 5 minutes.  Also the device driver started to install (again).  I connected my computer before the 5 minutes were up and the monitor is now running.
