S2417DG color banding
Hello,
I have the S2417DG and it has horrible color banding. I've spent hours digging through different forums trying different ICC profiles, Nvidia Control Panel settings, and the OSD of the monitor. The settings in the link below help the color banding but make it so dark and it removes all details from dark scenes.
Wondering if there can be a firmware update, new Dell ICC profile, or anyone at Dell has the best settings possible to fix this or if it's just how it is?

Is he banding seen when the monitor is used as a standalone, when not connected to any devices?
Reset the monitor to factory settings by following this link http://dell.to/2sKgJ0O (page 34) & check if the banding is seen on this screen.
For better assistance, please click on my Dell username & send a private message with the service tag/ order number, registered name, email address & an image of the banding on the monitor.
